Auction Rules
These rules are the working V1 terms for the Sponsor My Wall auction. Final legal copy should be reviewed before launch.
Deposits and Bids
Each bid requires a 20% deposit paid through Stripe. Amounts are handled in EUR. Every spot has a starting bid and minimum increment, and the server calculates the valid minimum at the moment the bid is paid.
Refunds
If you are outbid or do not win, your deposit is refunded. If payment finishes after another bidder has already beaten your amount, your bid is invalidated and your deposit is refunded.
Anti-Sniping
If a valid bid becomes active within the final 5 minutes for a spot, that spot’s end time extends to 5 minutes from that bid activation. Other spots are not extended.
Logo Approval
Logos are manually reviewed before appearing publicly. Sponsor My Wall may reject advertisers or creative that is inappropriate, misleading, adult, gambling-related, scam-like, or otherwise unsuitable for the creator’s audience.
Winner Payment
Winning bidders authorize Sponsor My Wall to charge the remaining balance to the payment method used for the deposit when the auction ends. If that charge fails, the winner has 24 hours to resolve payment before the spot may be offered to the next eligible bidder.
Wall Placement
Winning logos are placed on the physical wall for 90 days once the board goes up, subject to logo approval and final payment completion.
No Guaranteed Results
Sponsor My Wall does not guarantee views, impressions, clicks, sales, conversions, ROI, or specific content volume. The offer is placement on the creator’s physical wall for the stated period.
